Three Hadera youth sentenced to prison for mugging

Three youth from Hadera were convicted by Haifa District Court on Wednesday for assaulting three other youth returning to Hadera from an excursion in Tel Aviv in February.

The three, Ariel Azayev, Uriel Pinschov and Lev Abramov, asked the three victims for cigarettes, according to the complaint filed against them. After the reply came in the negative, they proceeded to beat the victims and then steal their money.

The court convicted all three.  Azayev, 22, was sentenced to two year in prison, two years probation and required to pay damages to the victims totaling NIS 6,500. Pinschov, 22, was sentenced to 16 months to prison, two years probation and damages of NIS 5,000. Abramov, 23, was given a 20 month prison sentence, two years probation and required to pay NIS 5,000 in damages.
