MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta’al) on Thursday called on Beduin citizens to disobey the hotly debated “Prawer bill,” regulating Beduin settlements in the Negev, if it passes its second and third readings at Knesset.

Speaking to Army Radio, Tibi said: "I call on Beduin citizens that live on the land not to evacuate it. As a leader, I have responsibilities toward my public - I am proud to riot against the bill."
