Trump to nominate Philip Bilden as Navy secretary

WASHINGTON - US President Donald Trump will nominate former military intelligence officer and private equity executive Philip Bilden as secretary of the Navy, the White House said on Wednesday.

"As Secretary of the Navy, Philip Bilden will apply his terrific judgement and top-notch management skills to the task of rebuilding our unparalleled Navy," Trump said in a White House statement.
