US Attorney General warns of risks after bin Laden death

WASHINGTON - US Attorney General Eric Holder on Tuesday warned that Americans and law enforcement agencies cannot become complacent after the death of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, which could provoke retaliatory attacks.
"We cannot become complacent, the fight is far from over," Holder told the House of Representatives' Judiciary Committee during an annual oversight hearing, referring to US efforts to combat terrorism.
"Just yesterday I ordered the (Justice) department's prosecutors and law enforcement agencies to be mindful that bin Laden's death could result in retaliatory acts in the United States or against our interests overseas," Holder said.
