One of the two terrorists who attacked workers along the southern border with Egypt on Monday was a Saudi Arabian citizen, according to a video released Tuesday. The second man is purportedly an Egyptian citizen.

In the video, the two men claiming to belong to the al-Qaida-linked Mujahedeen Shura Council of Jerusalem speak of an upcoming suicide mission. The men are seen speaking in front of an al-Qaida flag.
