Several violent incidents occurred in the Haifa area overnight Tuesday, most of them robberies.

In the first incident, an Egged bus driver was lightly wounded when two suspects stole his briefcase, which contained several hundred shekels.

Elsewhere in Haifa, a 24-year-old man was robbed at a city park. Police quickly apprehended a 22-year-old man on suspicion of involvement in the incident.

In Kiryat Yam, meanwhile, a 20-year-old was rushed to the hospital in light condition after he was stabbed in the hand. The wounded youth was not cooperating with police.
