Yeshiva student smuggled ecstasy in a peanut butter jar

Jerusalem Municipal Court charged a yeshiva student from Canada with six months of community service on Thursday, for smuggling ecstasy into Israel in a peanut butter jar, Walla reported.

Judge Alexander Ron reportedly said that he was lenient with the yeshiva student because he felt the student learned his lesson.According to Walla, The 21-year-old will volunteer at Ezer MeZion for half a year.
