Minister of Interior Eli Yishai called for the ending of the settlement building freeze in an interview with Israel Radio on Thursday.

"Prime Minister [Binyamin] Netanyahu made great efforts to make a breakthrough in negotiations," Yishai told the radio station, "but he did not even get a meeting with [PA President Mahmoud Abbas]."

In the interview, he asked the US and Europe to put pressure on Abbas to make decisions, and said Israel should stop blaming herself.
