Israel is intensifying its efforts to penetrate the wine market in Japan with 15 wineries participating in various trade fairs in Tokyo and Osaka under the national banner this month.

Israel is intensifying its efforts to penetrate the wine market in Japan with 15 wineries participating in various trade fairs in Tokyo and Osaka under the national banner this month. The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor said the Israeli delegation would present for the first time to the Japanese market at Foodex, Japan's largest food exhibition to take place March 13 to 16. The Israeli delegation will include larger wineries such as Carmel, Binyamina and Efrat, as well as medium sized and boutique wineries, the ministry said.
