Africa-Israel Hotels is expanding its activities in central Europe following the announcement on Monday of the purchase four hotels in the Romanian city of Bucharest for an estimated €18m.
The hotels, including landmarks such as the "Central" and the "Opera," included over 300 rooms.
The company views its entrance into the Romanian hotel market as an excellent opportunity to expand all its international activities and to increase its holdings in Bucharest, a city that is undergoing a construction boom.
