Alon USA buys Skinny's stores

Alon USA Energy Inc., last week completed its acquisition of Skinny's Inc.'s 102 convenience stores, in a deal valued at about $70 million.

Alon USA Energy Inc., last week completed its acquisition of Skinny's Inc.'s 102 convenience stores, in a deal valued at about $70 million. Alon planning to convert the Skinny's stores located at Fina gas stations in Central and West Texas into the 7- Eleven brand, thereby building its leadership position as the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the US.
