Aura to invest NIS 105m in Romania

Aura Investments, based in Ramat Gan, said Sunday it has signed an agreement with the Brown-Adam Group to buy a 13-dunam plot in Bucharest, on which it intends to construct a 200-unit apartment building.

Aura Investments, based in Ramat Gan, said Sunday it has signed an agreement with the Brown-Adam Group to buy a 13-dunam plot in Bucharest, on which it intends to construct a 200-unit apartment building. Aura began investing in building projects in Eastern Europe last year and currently has five projects in Romania and one in Hungary, totalling some 1,850 apartment units. The company reported said it will invest a total of NIS 105m. in the project, its third joint venture with Brown-Adam and also announced that it intends on expanding operations into Kazakhstan in the near future.
