CEE to raise NIS 100m. on TASE

The company plans to use part of the funds it raises for new projects and to replace existing credit.

Yuli Ofer's CEE real estate company, which owns companies that build in Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia and Montenegro, said late Tuesday it will raise NIS 100 million on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company plans to use part of the funds it raises for new projects and to replace existing credit.
