Cellcom to sell NIS 500m. in bonds

Cellular company Cellcom plans to raise NIS 500 million in a bond offering to institutional investors, its parent Discount Investment Corporation said Monday.

Cellular company Cellcom plans to raise NIS 500 million in a bond offering to institutional investors, its parent Discount Investment Corporation said Monday. Cellcom is applying for a rating from Ma'alot Israel Securities Ratings Ltd. and expects the offering to take place in the next two weeks. The company did not say what the extra funding would be used for.
