Gemini Israel Funds announced Wednesday that it had raised a total of $9.6 million in the first round of financing for ConteXtream, a technology start-up, together with three other investment companies.

Gemini Israel Funds announced Wednesday that it had raised a total of $9.6 million in the first round of financing for ConteXtream, a technology start-up, together with three other investment companies. Based in Petah Tikva and Palo Alto, California, ConteXtream provides communications servers for video, voice and data networks through a unique server grid it developed. Benhamou Global Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Sofinnova Ventures also contributed to the financing round.
