Direct Capital buys in Germany again

Property company Direct Capital has made its third purchase in Germany, buying three buildings for NIS 138 million, the company said Wednesday.

Property company Direct Capital has made its third purchase in Germany, buying three buildings for NIS 138 million, the company said Wednesday. The buildings cover an area of 12,850 square meters and will bring the company net rental income of approximately NIS 9.5m. over the next two years. In the last two months, Direct Capital has signed three deals in Germany with a value of NIS 340m.
