Dollar dips below NIS 3.8 for the first time in nine years

After losing 0.55% against the shekel on Monday, the dollar continued to drop Tuesday, dipping under NIS 3.8 for the first time in nine years, since September of 1998. The American currency lost 0.76% Tuesday and was traded at NIS 3.799. The dollar has lost 17.5% of its value versus the shekel since 2006.
