The dollar leapt nearly a percent as foreign currency trading opened on Monday, gaining 0.932% and breaking the NIS 4 mark for the first time in several weeks. The American currency closed at NIS 4.008.
The Euro, on the other hand, dropped 0.370% to close at NIS 5.7663.
