Dollar up, Euro down as foreign currency trading opens

The dollar gained nearly four-tenths of a percent against the shekel Monday as foreign currency trading opened for the week, rising 0.398% and closing at NIS 4.034. The Euro lost .364% and closed at NIS 5.7174
