Ra'anana-based Emblaze said Monday that its subsidiary Emblaze Mobile signed an agreement to supply its Sting 6 handsets to UK cellular provider Virgin Mobile. Market sources said Emblaze will provide over 60,000 of the handsets to Virgin, giving the contract a value in excess of $12 million. The handsets are scheduled to be available at Virgin Mobile Stores in the UK and Ireland in time for the Christmas period. Virgin is owned by UK billionaire Richard Branson and is one of the UK's leading network providers with more than 5 million customers.
