The price of gasoline at filling stations in Israel will fall roughly 3 percent at midnight Thursday night, while the cost of wholesale diesel will drop 11%-12%, the National Infrastructure Ministry said Tuesday. The price of one liter of 95-octane gasoline, with full service, will fall 3.02% to NIS 5.46, from NIS 5.63, while the price of a liter of 96-octane benzine will fall 3% to NIS 5.50 from NIS 5.67. Self-service filling will save drivers eleven more agorot per liter, providing 95-octane fuel for NIS 5.35 and 96-octane fuel for NIS 5.39. Both prices are nearly 3.1% lower than their current rates.
