H&O buys stake in Tag Woman

The H&O fashion chain will acquire 63.25 percent of Tag Woman in a deal worth NIS 14.5 million.

The H&O fashion chain will acquire 63.25 percent of Tag Woman in a deal worth NIS 14.5 million. Under the terms of the deal, NIS 8m. will be invested into Tag Woman, while the remaining NIS 6.5m. will be paid to that company's shareholders. The acquisition still awaits the approval of the H&O board of directors and the anti-trust commission.
