Clothing chain H&O Fashion said Sunday it intends to buy 51 percent of Tag Woman for NIS 9.18 million.
As part of the prospective deal, H&O said it also would have the option to purchase a further 19% of Tag Woman for an amount based on the NIS 18m. valuation of the company in the current deal. Publicly held, H&O is owned by Ha-Mashbir Holdings, which is controlled by Gaon Holdings and the Livnat family. The company has 800 employees and 28 stores countrywide.
