Israel has joined a European Union initiative to promote closer cooperation between enterprises in neighboring European states in sharing their achievements in the fields of education, technology qualifications and career guidance, the national employment services (NES) said Sunday. The goal of the program, started a few years ago, is to bring the best practices in these fields to participating countries, to upgrade their professionalism and excellence, the NES said.
