Israel on Wednesday was named by the information technology consulting company Gartner one of the top-30 countries for off-shore services, the first time it was included on the list.
At the top of the list was India, and also included China, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Gartner expects growth of 60 percent in off-shore investments in 2008 in Europe and 40% in the US.
