Leader R.E. moves into Russia

The Leader Real Estate Group International, a division of Tel Aviv-based Leader Holdings, announced on Sunday that it has purchased building rights for a project it will construct about 70 kilometers from Moscow.

The Leader Real Estate Group International, a division of Tel Aviv-based Leader Holdings, announced on Sunday that it has purchased building rights for a project it will construct about 70 kilometers from Moscow. The project, which will include 7,000 residential units covering some 345,000 square meters, plus a 13,000 square meter business center and 8,000 square meters of public office space, is expected to generate $375m. in sales for the company. This is the first Russian project for Leader.
