Petah Tikva-based Medison Pharma, which markets biotechnology companies to the Israeli market, said Sunday it bought local diagnostics company Pharmatop-Pharmatrade for NIS 40 million. Included in the deal was Pharmatop's 3,000 sq.m. premises in Kfar Saba.
Pharmatop represents a number of US and European based medical and diagnostics companies in Israel and employs 45 people who will join over 100 workers at Medison when the deal is completed.
