Minimum wage readjusted, rises to NIS 3,456.58

The minimum wage, which is readjusted annually on April 1, rose today to NIS 3,456.58 per month from NIS 3,335 this past year. The minimum wage for hourly salaries is now NIS 18.54 per hour, according to Army Radio. Minimum wage is readjusted every year to 47.5% of the average wage, as reported by the National Insurance Institute.
