Moodys upgrades Israel's status to 'optimistic'

The credit rating company Moodys Investors Service upgraded Israel's investment status from "stable" to "optimistic" in regards to its foreign currency and local currency debts. The decision was based on the strength shown by Israeli society, and its economic and political policies in the face of the many challenges of the past few years.
