More water-tech exporters in business

WATEC, to be held from today through Thursday at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, is one of the largest annual water technology conferences in the world.

The number of water technology exporters in Israel now totals 150, after growing by 8 percent over the last year while the dollar amount of exports is expected to surge to $10 billion from $1b. over the next few years the Israel Export Institute reported on Monday ahead of the WATEC Israel 2007 conference. WATEC, to be held from today through Thursday at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, is one of the largest annual water technology conferences in the world. This year, water-tech leaders from more than 70 countries will be guests at the conference. National Infrastructures Minister will kick off the event this morning, giving a keynote address that will touch on the future of the country's water industry.
