Japanese electronics maker NEC has recalled 15,000 laptop computers over concerns they could catch fire, Kyodo News agency reported Monday.
The recall affects NEC's Valuestar lineup of notebook computers.
Two of the laptops caught fire due to a defective part near their power source, Kyodo reported, citing the company.
