Ness Technologies said Monday it won an $8.5 million outsourcing contract with Israel's Yellow Pages (Dapei Zahav), Ness said Monday. The project, spread over a 10-year period, includes responsibility for Yellow pages' IT infrastructure and support for its 500 users. The agreement follows three years of IT operation and support services that Ness has provided for Yellow pages. These included the implementation of service and support methodologies, which gave it "a clear advantage in Yellow Pages' decision to choose Ness as its outsourcing vendor," the company said.
