Petah Tikva-based Olympia Real Estate Group said Sunday its European branch, Olympia Euro, has been awarded the contract for construction of a 12,000 sq. meter office complex and commercial center in the Romanian city of Timisoara. The project, the first project in Romania for the company, which has constructed projects in Ukraine, Poland and Hungary, is expected to generate NIS 45 million. The company hopes to complete the project by the end of the third quarter of 2008.
