Ybrant Technologies announced on Tuesday that it intends to acquire Herzliya-based Oridian, an on-line media solutions company that provides complete on-line media solutions to advertisers and publishers worldwide. Ybrant did not disclose how much the acquisition will cost. Oridian is a privately-owned top 10 network with access to over 180 million monthly users worldwide. The company said it is on pace to do a top line of more than $20 million this financial year.
