Rilon buys plot in Georgia

Rilon, the real estate branch of Eldan-Tech, said Sunday it has purchased a 600-dunam plot in the country of Georgia for a reported NIS 20m. on which it will erect an as of yet unspecified project.

Rilon, the real estate branch of Eldan-Tech, said Sunday it has purchased a 600-dunam plot in the country of Georgia for a reported NIS 20m. on which it will erect an as of yet unspecified project. It is the first undertaking in the former Soviet Union country for the company, which until now, Rilon has operated solely in Bulgaria, having purchased several hotels in Krasnovo and Hissar, two of Bulgaria's largest cities.
