Russian forces have pulled back from the center of a town near Georgia's capital after Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a cease-fire deal Saturday.
But Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the Russian withdrawal to positions its forces occupied before the armed conflict erupted in the breakaway South Ossetia region would be contingent on further security measures.
