Police were searching for the owner of an amstaff (American Staffordshire Terrier) that attacked a Rishon Letzion resident and seriously injured him, Army Radio reported.
The man had been walking his dog when the amstaff attacked him and his dog, biting him and tearing his spleen. After arriving home he went to a hospital for treatment.
