World Class Travel continued their high-flying trip toward the Holyland Series playoffs, defeating Substation 14-4. World Class moved into a tie for first in the Bonkers Bagels Conference, together with Tratt Properties, Av-Men, Neveh Tzion and the Weiss Guys. L.I. Grays 3 - Derech Etz Chaim 3 In a defensive struggle, Derech Etz Chaim became the first team in league history with two ties, this one coming against division rivals L.I. Grays. With the Pizza Larry Conference exceptionally tight, league observers were uncertain which team would benefit from the deadlock. Ner Jake 10 - Phones4Less 6 Tzvi Haber hit a clutch 2 rbi double, and Ezra Deutchman had three two-baggers, as Ner Jake remained undefeated. Eli Doleman earned the victory on the mound. Tratt Properties 8 - Hillmark Papas 5 Trailing 5-1, and needing a win to move into a tie for first place in the Bonkers Bagels Conference, Tratt rallied for 7 unanswered runs. Captain Shaya Braverman was perfect at the plate, including the game-tying RBI. Neveh Tzion 9 - Strategic Minds 5 With the game tied in the last inning, Max Fonfeder started a rally with a daring bunt, Neveh loaded the bases, and Yehuda Newman cleared them with a game-winning triple. Neveh Tzion 15 - Substation 10 Giddy Saudon knocked in 6 runs on a grand slam and a two-run triple 6 rbi, and Dovid Addi batted 3-for-3 with a pair of triples, as Neveh Tzion won both ends of a double header.
