The second day of AIPAC annual Policy Conference opens with Sen. Joe Lieberman and a speech by AIPAC Executive Director Howard Kohr.

In the evening, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is scheduled to speak.

Government sources have said that Netanyahu will "break new ground" in his speech, which is expected to address both Iran's nuclear program and the stymied diplomatic process with the Palestinians.

While Iran is expected to top the agenda at the conference, other issues to be discussed are the peace process, Israel's security strategy and US-Israeli relations.
