I love music and have been playing electric bass for over 30 years Family history (100 words max): I am Asian American. I am mixture of Filipino, Hawaiian, Chinese, Japanese and European Spanish lineage. My family originated from the Philippines. My last name was a result of the Spanish Colonization of the Central islands 300 years ago. My connection with Israel: I am a Jew by choice. I converted 10 years ago. I've always felt a connection to Judaism, the people of Israel and finally committed myself to convert. Prior to my conversion I had dreams in Hebrew even though I could not read. I saw pages of texts in my dreams. My Jewish name is Adael. It's been a wonderful journey. I hope to visit Israel before I am too old What I would take with me to a deserted island: Medicine, a way to protect myself, books and a fishing pole If I could have dinner with any person in the world it would be: I would need a banquet table to seat them all, but if I had to choose one, Albert Einstein What angers you: Ignorance, particularly Loud Ignorance What makes you happy: I love spending my time playing music and being with my wife and dog Last book I read was: Why We Believe What We Believe: Uncovering Our Biological Need for Meaning, Spirituality, and Truth by Andrew Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman Comfort food: I don't really have a comfort food. The act of eating is basically a comfort for me My life five years from now: Hard to say. Nothing I have ever planned came to fruition. But I have not been disappointed with the detours in my life You may not like it but I have something controversial to say: Mankind is not very "kind."
