Text: Strangely there is evidence that Arabs feel the opposite. East Jerusalem Arabs want to be under Israeli control. This suggests there is loyalty when given the chance to be part of the PA. Arabs can be given the option to transferring to Palestine, but must be given the option of remaining Israeli as well. Most Israeli Arabs would probably choose to remain Israeli.
