The theme of the State of Israel’s 66th Independence Day is women’s significant contribution to different aspects of Israeli life including culture, the economy, security, education, society, the environment and civic activism. At KKL-JNF, women play an important role in all areas of the organization’s activities, and offer a shining example of women’s achievements and the challenges they face.

Today women compose 30% of the work force at KKL-JNF, and they are engaged in all aspects of its activities: in the field, in specialized professional jobs and in management positions.
