The evening was hosted by Karine Bolton who called upon the Marketing Conference Chairman, Michael Jacobson of JNF U.S.A. to welcome everyone and kick off the event.

KKL JNF Co-chairman, Eli Aflalo personally addressed the representatives of the different countries and said:  “You are the spearhead that works on behalf of the State of Israel and the Jewish People.  Without the blue box that our parents used to collect penny after penny, the State of Israel would not have been established.  Israel’s future and security depend on its social strength.   All the areas in which we are involved help strengthen Israel’s resilience.  We will continue to strengthen Israel, support it and work on its behalf, here and overseas.”
Symbolic gifts were presented to members of the conference steering committee and KKL-JNF’s department directors, who worked behind the scenes to make the event a great success.  Conference Director Liri Eitan thanked the many people who helped organize the conference.  “I learned many new things this past week, as did all of the conference participants,” she said.

A video clip filmed throughout the conference was screened at the event, highlighting many of the moving events of the week, including tours of the country, lectures, discussions and experiences.

KKL-JNF’s Chief of Protocol Andy Michelson called on everyone to sign a KKL-JNF treaty to express their solidarity with the State of Israel and its citizens.  The treaty states:  “We are returning to our countries imbued with a profound sense of commitment to support Israel’s continued development.” Without a doubt, this truly expressed the feelings of all those present.

The evening was concluded with a round of lively Israeli dancing, expressing the energy, unity and cooperation between representatives from around the world, who work together for the benefit of the State of Israel and the Jewish people.
