A suicide attacker blew himself up near a police station in southeastern Afghanistan on Monday, killing a police officer and wounding another, an official said. The attacker tried to enter the compound, but the two officers stopped him because he was behaving suspiciously, said Khost provincial governor Arsalh Jamal. "Our police officer lost his life for other officers inside," Jamal said.
