Lebanese Foreign Minister Fawzi Saloukh said on Saturday that United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan promised him to demand that Israel cease 'violating the cease-fire agreement' between the two countries. Saloukh, in a meeting with UN envoys, said that if Israel continued its attacks, then the matter would be taken before the UN Security Council, Israel Radio reported.
