British Prime Minister Tony Blair is postponing his summer vacation by a couple of days so he can stay in London and work toward a UN resolution on the Middle East crisis, his office said Friday. Blair believes the coming days are crucial for securing agreement on a resolution to end fighting between Israel and Hizbullah, a spokeswoman said. He had planned to leave Friday, but will likely go over the weekend, depending on what happens on the resolution and in the region, his office said.
