A British teacher jailed after she allowed her students to name a teddy bear Muhammad flew home Monday after Sudan's president pardoned her, a British embassy spokesman said.
"I can confirm she has left Sudan," spokesman Omar Daair told The Associated Press.
The teacher, Gillian Gibbons, was believed to be on an Emirates flight with a stopover in Dubai before heading to London.
