Bush vows to tackle 'economic situation' head-on

"I'm disappointed in the vote by the United Sates Congress on the economic recovery plan," US President George W. Bush told reporters during a picture-taking session with the president of Ukraine. "Our strategy is to continue to address this economic situation head on. We'll be working to develop a strategy."
