Colombia: Car bomb kills four, wounds 20 in Cali

The mayor of Cali said a car bomb exploded in front of the city's palace of justice, killing at least four people and injuring 20 others on Monday. Victims were pedestrians in the center of the city about 300 kilometers southwest of the Colombian capitol city, Bogota. The mayor told radio station Caracol that it was a terrorist attack because civilians died. Authorities are investigating the attack and weighing a possible reward for information leading to the attackers.
