EU lawmaker says North Korea vows to keep nuclear promises

A European lawmaker said Monday that officials he met in North Korea expressed willingness to fulfill all promises made in six-party talks regarding abandonment of its nuclear programs. Hubert Pirker, who led a delegation of EU lawmakers to North Korea said "they mentioned they will fulfill everything they have signed" the six party talks. The European Parliament's Delegation for the Korean peninsula spent one week in North Korea.
